On the left side of the page there is a link to Family & other people. We could refer to the following link to setup parent control. Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help. In turn, you are tied to a Microsoft account. PS: You can also create a local adult account but have normal permissions and access to all apps on a desktop PC.
