WebThey have a unifi setup with a bunch of HD's and Cloud key. They don't know what the password of the cloud key is so I have to reset it. The UCK has been extremely unstable while I am trying to access and guess some passwords. I actually tried to reset it twice and it still defaults to the old firmware and doesn't do a factory reset.
